I am Amanda Voll, and I am originally from Calgary, Alberta Canada. I am a professional parkour athlete, stunt person, and actress. I have been training in parkour freerunning for about 12 years but have had a passion for movement since the day I could move. I also have been a coach for many years and love to help others improve and watch people progress. I also love the feeling of learning something knew and challenging myself in many ways.
Parkour has been a huge part of my life ever since I started training. I am an instructor and prominent leader of my community and strive toward spreading the movement of parkour/free-running to younger generations. The growth and development of the female movement in parkour & freerunning is also very important to me so I strive to do what I can to promote other female athletes and help them to progress. I love being a coach and watching people progress, its one of my favourite things to do when I am not able to train and when I am not working on a film or tv set.
Oh, and I also love traveling. I’ve been lucky to travel all over the world attending Parkour jams and competitions as well as coaching at various events.
Throughout my life parkour has given me the opportunity to meet some amazing people as well as touch the hearts and lives of others who I have inspired. I hope to continue to have similar experiences and meeting more amazing people through parkour.
In the stunt world, some of my favorite projects were Wynonna Earp (2016), Heaven (2018) and Charmed (2018). To see what other projects I’ve done, check out my page on IMDB:
