The WFPF Canada Cup SCHEDULE

Saturday 10th: Parkidz

11:00am – 1:00pm – Parkidz (yrs. 7-10) JAM with some of the adult pros.
1:00pm – 1:30pm – Parkidz meeting / rules for Speed competition.
1:30pm – 3:30pm – Parkidz speed rounds & awards.
4:30pm – 6:30pm – Open JAM with some of the adult pros.

Sunday 11th: Young Pros & 16+ mixed competition

Both groups will be competing at the same time ,but judged seperatley
9:00am – 10:00am – Competitors Warm Up & Jam with Pros.
10:00am – 10:30am – Meeting / rules for Speed competition.
10:30am – Noon – Speed Rounds Young Pros first then 16+ follows
Noon – 1:00pm – Freestyle Warm ups
1:00pm – 1:30am – Meeting / rules for Speed competition.
1:30:pm – 3:30pm – Freestyle Rounds. Young Pros first then 16+ follows
4:00pm – Awards and closing ceremony.

THE COMPETITION:

SPEED: Pure Parkour! A to B timed race through a target based course. Fastest times determine the Winner.

FREESTYLE : A 90 second anything-goes throw-down of the top athletes’ best skills and combinations, judged on flow, versatility, difficulty, and execution.
