Here I am back in good old Colorado, with a huge smile on my face! and here is why...

Well, in the pre-comp blog I stated that I really wanted to prove to myself that my Movement had improved over the last 12 months. And the weekend of Oct. 9th-11th I did just that!!! 

I placed 3rd in the style comp!!! behind WFPF's very own Filip Ljngberg(2nd) and Germany's Waldemar Muller(1st)

I even accomplished my goal of meeting and training with influencial tracuers!!! Ben"Jenx"Jenkins, Air-wipp, Amadei Weiland, Abel, Norbert, Ricco and Pepe from Hungary, Kierion Kiyani and many many more!!!!

I have come to the realization that anything is possible if the mind is set the the right channel and that I LOVE MY LIFE!!! I couldn't be any happier than I am right now, a 3rd place title to my name, affiliate of the WFPF, website in the works and most import having close friends all over the world!!! I am truly living off my dream...Movement!!!

With all of this being said, I am setting yet another goal, well two actually, big goals....I will compete in the Parcouring World Championships 2010 and show the world my movement once again!!!

but, the even bigger one...

I will compete in the next Red Bull Art of Motion, no matter where, how far or how much, It is a dream of mine and I love capturing those!!!

Well here I am...11 days to go until the X3M Parcouring Championships 2009. This year it will be hosted in Berlin, Germany!!! 

I took 11th place last year in the style comp. (hence why I chose this date to write). And honestly, I couldn't be more proud of myself...I realize now that I have truly accomplished many impressive tasks through out my 19 years of living, and I am looking to add another one to the "Wall of Justin." haha. 

I believe...no, I know...with out a doubt that my skills, talent, awareness and style have improved drastically in the Art of Movement over the last 12 months and I visualize myself at the comp performing even better than last year...Not for the glory or fame, but for myself...I did not accomplish everything I wanted to last year, but that didn't get me down...I trained harder, safer and more aware with something I call "Parkour Vision." (the ability to see frequent obsatcles yet train/play on them differently everytime) in lack of a better word...Sharpen my Movement. 

Eating healthier, Running more Frequently and Stengthening my Plyometrics are just a few things that I have been mastering for the last 6 months...I have never felt more ready and prepared :) Simply taking care of my body, so in return, it takes care of me.

My goal for the comp is to be awarded 1st place, who wouldn't want that honor? however, It wouldn't destroy me if I do not accomplish this. I would be more pleased with meeting new and influential tracuers and runners, Making friends and giving a good name to myself as well as my team...Being stuck-up has never been my cup of tea, but rather being humble and just moving to, well....move

Whether it be Free Running, Parkour, Tricking or whatever style you prefer…It is all Movement. Team TranquiL was founded/created on this concept. After seeing countless number of arguments on the internet over what is Parkour and what is not….it became tiresome and hindered the Art/Sport as a whole…We believe that as long as you go out and do what you love and move how you want, you are ok with us J We try to be “TranquiL” or friendly with all of the Tracuers, Runner,Trickers…It is all the same idea and a love for movement…

We all try to find Enlightenment, Peace, Happiness and TranquiL-ity within ourselves by…Moving…We believe that through training ourselves in the Art of Movement and pushing our limits anything is possible. We treat it as a form of meditation, therapy some may even say a religion…We give everything we have into the Art and it’s further potential…All while staying calm, cool, collective and TranquiL…

Justin”Jet”Sheaffer: Founder and Team Leader

19 years old, funny as hell and does everything in his power to keep TranquiL on its toes and a driving force in the community. Updating Web Stuff, Sending Emails and….well…everything else :P Free running,Parkour, Stunts this man has the whole package. Never stops raising the bar and pushing himself to do something greater everyday. Not afraid to challenge everything and anything! Wants to perform stunts for Hollywood films and compete in the X-games/Olympics when free Running makes it there, because it will…He will make sure of it J Wants to make a living off of what he loves…Movement…and wants a comfortable life doing so…Loves the Art and sees endless possibilities with in it!!

Dan”Flash”Teel: Co-Founder

16 years old, adding a flash kick to everything and going along for the ride “make a name for Team TranquiL,” Loves movement and what it stands for. Wants to do it for the rest of his life and financially secure doing so. His style improves and changes everyday. Always increasing his flow while decreasing his mental blocks, which we know he will master…eventually :P Young and full of potential, always looking fro the fun in life.

Josh”Kaze”Lobeck: Editor/Camera-Man/Producer

20 years old, Bi-Polar ;P and more passionate about Filmmaking then a fat kid about cake! An extremely talented Martial Artist, Tracuer and Stuntman! Has an Internship lined up next year out in Hollywood shadowing a producer!!! Wants to create and star in Hollywood Blockbluster, win some Grammys and then produce even more J He will go accomplish all of this and we have his back all the way!!! I mean he edits all of our fabulous videos :P

Joey”Quake”Lobeck: Nutritionist and Personal Trainer

19 years old and the most determined individual we have ever met!! He sets a goal and gets them all done. Keeps our lazy butts in shape and feeds us right…Thank You Joe!!! Plans on attending Ninja Warrior…let me rephrase that…Win Ninja Warrior when he is 21! Has been training since he came out the womb…I think he built the spider walk inside his mom…gross, but inspiring J He will beat the 4^th stage, no doubt in our minds here
