Now its time to chill. I enjoy my next days at my familys home. So i have time to create some new projects and write something more for my parkour and freerunning book, which is comin out next time. This is a book for school and sportorganisation and gives some information how to learn the basic steps indoor and outdoor. I will say thank you to my friends Markus (sweden),Shawn (australia), Ryan (UK), Gabe (US), Timman (Sweden), Jason and Khoa Germany) for the interview support . This guys gave me informations and their own meaning about parkour & freerunnning development.  Thank you for your input!!!

It was a great time in helsingborg sweden. Amazing athlets from the whole world started in 2 rounds for the title . Maybe 3000 people saw the great event and it was a success for our sport again. I was judging next to paul damian ryan and timman and have to say it was a really really good competition and not easy to judge but we find a good result at the end i think. So i hope everybody had a goo trip back home and hope to see my friends next time when iam back without footproblems. Winner D1d0 (bulgarien), 2.Jason (germany) 3.Livewire (uk)

Hey Guys, its a great day today. Sun is shining and we arrived Helsingborg (sweden) in the morning very early. We came here to meet our freerun friends from the whole world and make new friendships. Also we are here to take part at the 3.Red Bull Art of Motion and the first in sweden. Khoa will start as athlet in the contest and has after the Barcleycard WC (6.place) really good chance to come under the top 8 places in this contest. i injured myself in london when i land at the edge of a math and destroyed 2 ligaments of my foot. But iam happy that airwip and redbull give me the chance to be involved in the contest as judge next to paul darnell, damian walters, ryan doyle. So in moment we chill at the hotel bar and have our breakfast. We will have a good time here and a lot of fun.

Hey Friends,

the last days i was in different film and TV productions involved.

The Main Project with Stuntcoordination for a cinema ends next days, also i produce a short commercial for own clients  in moment. Today i have a filmteam inhouse to make a 10minute tv film for a big channel in germany. We check some technics and what the human body is able to do.

Tommorrow we flight to London for the UW WC.

The last Point a had a coaching with a german actor in our gym (The Move Artistic Dome).

The Move Artistic Dome is one of the Biggest, a special Trainingslocation for Freerunning, Parkour & Triking in The World.

In moment iam in a cinema project with ufa cinema.

They produce a film for kids and i have the whole stuntcoordination for parkour, freerun & tricking things in combination with footbal. We organised the casting to find some kids for acting in the film. Also a part is the location scouting and planing the stunts with doubles into the film. So we are involved to the end of august in this really cool filmproject.

The UF WC is a moment for me to meet friends and i will coaching khoa at this event in london (uk). Also it is a possibility to have some input and training for my participation in sweden at the art of motion from 21.-23.09.2009.

Iam looking forward to have a lot fun with some of you guys.

Marc and me (Move Artistic Plattform) organised a big Gathering for Trickers, Traceur & Freerunner in Oberhausen/Germany last time and we had a great time. 200 kids & youth´s found the way to the biggest gathering in germany. The next Mega Gathering is in planing - of course by us - so read here and maybe we see us right there.
