The Momenta Freerunning Team was birthed from the love of movement shared by four like-minded individuals who were fated to cross paths. Training together, they quickly grew in skill and heart, sharing their knowledge with others. Today they reach out to the community to convey the wonderful expression through movement, as well as the ability to overcome physical and mental obstacles. The number of people reached by this endeavor grows everyday and is surely beyond the comprehension of its founders.

We taught 4 new kids backflips tonight and had them all working on vaults. Great stuff!
